At Gulf States Professional Football Scouts’ Association (GSPFSA), we are dedicated to advancing the field of talent identification, scouting, and recruitment through comprehensive education, development, and member support services. The association serves as a hub for individuals, clubs, and federations seeking to enhance knowledge and skills for those involved in scouting and player recruitment.
Our mission
Our mission is to provide high-quality, flexible education and development programmes, underpinned by cutting-edge research to elevate the standards of football scouting in the Gulf Region. We strive to empower scouts and clubs with the tools and insights needed to succeed in the dynamic world of football.
How we work
We help individuals, clubs, and federations by offering two core services: The scouting lab and the performance solution hub.
The Scouting Lab delivers world-leading professional learning and development opportunities for scouts and recruitment staff whilst also offering professional membership and employment listings.
Performance solutions are sought in all areas of football but, perhaps most importantly, in relation to the identification, recruitment, and development of players. In collaboration with our partner organisations, we provide bespoke insight and support
